Shipping Policy

At Divya Natur, I offer free shipping on all rolled prints worldwide. However, framed artworks are only available for shipping within the USA and Canada.

How long will it take to receive my order?

The delivery time for your order depends on your location. Within USA and Canada, you can expect to receive them within 7-14 days, and 14-20days for international orders.

Please note that these times are estimates and may vary based on the shipping carrier, peak holidays and any customs processing for international orders.

Will I receive email notifications and a tracking number?

Yes, once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. After your order has shipped, you will also receive another email notification with a tracking number, allowing you to track the status of your shipment.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. If your order has already been shipped, I will not be able to update the address. Please double-check your shipping address before confirming the order.

Customs for International Customers Outside of the US

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be imposed by your country’s customs authority are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the cost of shipping or the product price and will need to be paid separately upon delivery. Divya Natur is not responsible for these charges. I recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details regarding these fees.
